I did math all day to figure out how to have $5m in cash and assets by retirement and $20k a month in recurring revenue. I couldn’t figure out how to get over $2m until I combined two strategies together… This is crazy.

I have a feeling the “tax the rich” bill will pass. But probably without the unrealized gains portion of it. I feel it was presented with that so that point would be argued, whereas the amount of tax won’t. It’s like the smoking mirror that was never gonna get passed anyway.
