Explaining to a seller that their building is worth significantly less than they think is like explaining to my two year old why she can’t have candy for dinner.

No matter how many times you tell them and explain why, they still want what they want.

I emailed a broker describing exactly what deal criteria I am looking for.

He immediately replies with a deal that doesn’t check a single box. Not even close to what I said. The only box it check was it is multifamily.

Great listening skills.

I email blast all of my deals I’m selling to a list of a little over 1,500 people.

My open rate is 40%.

Is this higher or lower than what other people get?
