Without describing the property at all, what is the highest price per unit you have ever purchased a multifamily building at followed by the vintage.

Explaining to a seller that their building is worth significantly less than they think is like explaining to my two year old why she can’t have candy for dinner.

Every time a broker sends me a deal in the past 18 months

I emailed a broker describing exactly what deal criteria I am looking for.

He immediately replies with a deal that doesn’t check a single box. Not even close to what I said. The only box it check was it is multifamily.
