I know itโs lamb day for #ukbbqweek but only had F1 Wagyu picanha. Salt dry brine over night. Took off the fat cap as just had silver skin underneath ๐ These turned out wayyyyy better than expected and got on a bargain ยฃ20 /KG from Warrendale Wagyu Ltd.
Tomahawk ribeye from Warrendale Wagyu Ltd. done reverse sear over charcoal and oak. Tom Hixson of Smithfield butcher paper. This steak was amazing, try get your hands one one if you can ๐
