I know it’s lamb day for #ukbbqweek but only had F1 Wagyu picanha. Salt dry brine over night. Took off the fat cap as just had silver skin underneath 😞 These turned out wayyyyy better than expected and got on a bargain £20 /KG from Warrendale Wagyu Ltd.

Spatchcocked or no spatchcock chicken stuffed with an 🧅 (peeled). Secret rub I was given from a friends friend in a ziplock bag 🤔 it smelt amazing and turned out the rub had a great flavour profile. Glad I saved some back #ukbbqweek #BBQ
