With a 108-91 win, the Pistons broke a 19-game losing streak vs. Chicago—a streak that began nearly four years to the day (4/12/1993).

April 13, 2003: Kobe Bryant scores on a circus shot in Portland.

Bryant had 36 PTS/7 AST and Shaquille O'Neal had 36 PTS/11 REB but the Lakers lost to the Blazers, 101-99, on a Rasheed Wallace 3-point shot with 3.6 seconds left. The Trail Blazers' Bonzi Wells had 29 PTS/8 REB.

The Kings beat the Bulls, 102-95, to tie the series at 1-1. Larry McNeill scored a game-high 28 PTS for Kansas City-Omaha.

April 13, 1998: Reggie Miller of the Indiana Pacers becomes the NBA's all-time leader in 3-pointers made, passing Seattle’s Dale Ellis with 1,589 in total.

Miller would remain atop the all-time list until 2011, when his mark of 2,560 career threes was surpassed by Ray Allen.
