Our 2023-24 MOST VALUABLE PLAYER is Ryan Johnson! RJ was a top scorer for the team this year and was always the first one on and the last one off the ice. Thank you for your contributions to the team, the fans and the community RJ, Congratulations!

The 2023-24 FIRST SHIFT AWARD goes to Luca Ricci for his outstanding contribution to growing the game in New Mexico at the youngest levels. Luca went above and beyond to help kids and coaches this past season while sharing his love of the game with the overall community.Congrats!

THE 2023-24 GRAZIANO AWARD goes to Michael Schermerhorn for his leadership, exceptional character, tremendous work ethic and bringing a team first approach both on and off the ice. The award is named in honor of Josh Graziano, our first player to move on to NCAA Division I hockey

The 2023-23 GREEN CHILE AWARD goes to Yusaku Ando who brought so much heat to the game he became a New Mexico fan favorite. Yusaku is the first recipient and this will become an annual award. Congratulations Ando!

The MACK MOTZKO AWARD honors the late Mack Motzko by going to a player who makes a lasting impact on the team and community.
The 2023-24 recipient is Graham Harris who made a difference on and off the ice the last two seasons. Congratulations Graham!

2023-24 MOST IMPROVED PLAYER award goes to Johnny Johansson. On a team of hard workers dedicated to development, Johnny distinguished himself, moving from defense to forward and scoring some big goals in the end. Congratulations Johnny!

2023-24 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR is Ryan Seelinger. Ryan always gave his best effort on and off the ice and we are proud to have him in New Mexico. Congratulations Ryan!

We’re proud of our teenage production crew who produce some of the best broadcasts in hockey for NAHL TV and thank the Albuquerque Journal for telling their story!
