Trump is required to be in court every day to participate in his defense. The trial is off on Wednesdays, but Trump will have to be in court for the four other days of the court week.

Trump gets a win on this. Judge Merchan has previously ruled on what evidence is allowed in and what’s not. And Merchan tells prosecutors he won’t allow them to use evidence Trump was having an affair when Melania was pregnant.
