1. Dr. Gill's tweets were not factually incorrect.
2. Even if that were not the case, she still has free speech rights.
3. That independent doctors serve as a necessary check on public health overreach.

Lockdowns in China were draconian and killed people, and China ultimately gave up its lockdown philosophy and “let ‘er rip”, resulting in a large wave of untold deaths.
