Noticed something I've not before, 'by the Parish' on 1784 burials. Spotted first for John Crumpton, traveller so the parish burying him made sense. 5 out of 13 other records on page are the same.

The Shropshire version of this has arrived at One-Place Towers. I hadn't thought much about privies in my until I saw 'E.C.' appearing in 1910 Valuation Act field survey book entries and realised this meant Earth Closet. An interesting read!
