Recently, the Parks Divison hosted a bike training, preparing our rangers to zip around parks and enhance visitor experience. This group must be ready to move safely and swiftly, as they patrol over 55 parks around Orlando.

8/29/23 11 AM | Little change to Idalia's track with the latest update. Threats to east central Florida remain the same. Conditions will start to deteriorate this afternoon, so be sure to have multiple ways of receiving weather alerts! (1/2)

Service Update 8/29 | 10:30a: The SWAN Shuttle will not operate until Friday due to Hurricane Idalia. As part of the pilot plan, our LYMMO buses will operate the Orange Line. There are no changes to our service levels at this time.

Hurricane #Idalia update: There will be no school for OCPS students on Wednesday, Aug. 30. All after-school activities must end tonight by 8 p.m. and will be canceled for Wednesday. We are planning on resuming school on Thursday, Aug. 31.
