Here’s the government *boasting* that it is crippling the finances of our universities and worsening the workforce crisis in social care.

This month marked the 7th anniversary of the 'two-child limit'.

Around one in eight of all children growing up in the North East are living in families impacted by the two-child limit. 

Ending the two-child limit would immediately lift 300,000 children out of poverty in the UK.

Today, the government is publishing a consultation on the future of PIP.

🗣️ Almost two thirds of people in destitution have a chronic health condition or disability. People in this position shouldn't be used as a political football. We need action, not rhetoric from politicians.
