We are appealing for information following a two-vehicle crash on the A814 Clydeside Expressway, at the junction with the A739, which took place around 10.15am on Thursday, 4 April. One man has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing.

A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged following the recovery of drugs from a premises in Canal St, Glw, on Tues morning (2 April).

The drugs, believed to be cannabis, are estimated to be worth £259,600. The man is due to appear at Glw Sheriff Court on Thurs, 4 April.

Yesterday morning was a busy one for #GGDVRU . Initially deployed to manage a protest in the city centre, on leaving this officers then seen 2 males acting suspiciously on Carlton Place. Both searched & arrested for drugs offences, possession of a weapon & breaching bail #custody
