Who makes the rule no TV camera in the Supreme Court?

2 Presidents show us there is no Presidential immunity.

Nixon knew there was no immunity, that’s why he took a pardon.

And Ford wouldn’t have pardoned him if he didn’t think he could be prosecuted.

If we react quickly and show up en masse, if we publicly outnumber the bigots 20-1, if we don’t throw up our hands and surrender, we can stop the slide into ignorance and hate. The new vote was 5-4. The future of this country is going to be one squeaker after the next.

I don't know how to raise my daughter in a country where the Supreme Court is debating how many organs are ok for women to lose before providing healthcare

KBJ: So what was up with the pardon for President Nixon? If everybody thought that presidents couldn't be prosecuted, what was up with that?

Sotomayor: Can president assassinate a political rival for personal reasons vs to protect the country? Suggests the line is intent to seek personal gain vs intent to serve the country.

Now

Trump enters the courtroom and is seated at the defense table.

Photojournalists go close up in front of him, as usual, to take their photos.

Oral argument in immunity case starts in one minute. Michael Dreeben will argue for Special Counsel. He's a previous long-time member of SG's office, criminal law expert, highly respected by Court.
