To all who ask how to get started with healthy eating OR shift to low carb meals .

Including paneer or chicken cubes with veg saute is the easiest way to get protein,Vitamins & minerals in your meals.

Tasty too ! Play around with various sauces or spices to make it ur type .

A 52 year old lady walked into my clinic 2 months back .

🔵Carried Resistance bands for room workout & walking shoes.
🔵Nuts & seeds - as they are great snacks.
🔵Roasted Makhana in Ghee/ spices
🔵WPI - as it’s the easiest protein
