Today we announced our Affordable Housing and Area Median Income Fairness Act, legislation that would help combat the affordable housing crisis in NYC.

The board voted to consider raising rents between 2 and 4.5% on new one-year leases

And between 4 and 6.5% on new two-year leases

The final vote will come in June after a series of public hearings
