It’s paradoxical that ordinary Afghan refugees are harassed in the name of security while those who pose the real threat to security are the strategic assets of the military establishment are provided with full protocol.

The recent publicized visits of Afghan Taliban to Waziristan expose the lies abt rifts between Establishment & its assets. Mainstream's criminal indifference, even from its 'inquilabis', shows that most of Pakistan-proper has no objections to selling periphery blood for dollars.

Sakhi Jan Stouryani, a Councillor of Koi Barah, DI Khan, has been picked up on the 3rd day of Eid in Karachi by state authorities and he remains disappeared since then. Enforced disappearances need to be criminalised. We demand the immediate recovery of Sakhi Jan.

Wishing everyone a peaceful Eid-ul-Fitr. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of our 4 National Democratic Movement friends martyred in Miranshah and with the families of the victims of recent terrorist attacks in Pakhtunkhwa.
