When did flying to see family become such a nightmare?? americanair I want my bag back! Your gate agent stole it from me with the threat that I couldn’t get on my flight that I fully paid for!!! I want justice!!! Your gate agent was a bully screaming at me and threatening me!
How Dare you play God with peoples lives americanair ? That carry on had my prescription medicine in there and now I don’t have it. There was more overhead room on that flight than any I have ever seen!! And since I don’t have a ticket my bag and medicine is GONE!!!
Warning to anyone flying americanair I just flew from LAX through to visit my daughter and the gate agent FORCED me to hand over my carry on to go into baggage or I couldn’t get on the flight The doors were closing and I was so distraught. He gave me no ticket and now it’s lost!
