I was proud to lead a letter with Chris Murphy 🟧, Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Scott Peters urging the FTC to quickly finalize this rule. 30 million workers in the US are bound by non-competes and this rule will give workers more freedom and ensure we have a strong job marketplace.

This is a great move from the FTC! Noncompete agreements keep wages low and are anti-worker and anti-competitive.
