I joined @Mom_Congress to speak about my experiences as a Black mother in Congress and how we can address the maternal health crisis.

I'm proud to have introduced the Child Care Assistance for Maternal Health Act to improve access to child care for mothers and birthing people.

The Virginia Delegation opposes a harmful measure in the FAA Reauthorization that would increase slots at DCA airport, one of the busiest in the nation.

DCA is already over capacity and can't handle additional traffic, which would exhaust crew and risk flight safety. I voted no.

BIG NEWS! Henrico County Government will receive $725,000 for its Universal Broadband Deployment Project. This federal funding will expand internet access to every unserved unit in the County.
