Great to see Hannah Summers report for The Bureau of Investigative Journalism (in partnership with Law Society Gazette) gaining such traction today - the hell unregulated 'experts' have put #domesticabuse survivors and their children through is finally being properly exposed. The more you learn about #FamilyCourt , the more you realise how urgently reform is required. Any institution which increases the risk of serious harm to individuals involved should be radically overhauled. The reason it hasn't been? Secrecy.

Given the percentage of #FamilyCourt cases involving #DomesticAbuse , it is imperative that the next President of the Family Division has genuine expertise in this area and understands the multiple ways perpetrators continue their abuse post-separation
