This morning Mike has joined Debbie the Dorset Police Crime Prevention and Design Advisor on a visit to a business centre. We have walked the the site with the centres manager.
This afternoon the RCT will be at The Co-op Store in Alderholt between 3pm and 4pm.

#RuralLive Vehicle was linked to scrap metal theft. Officers conducted a Section 1 PACE search . They located a large amount of scrap metal in the vehicle. Checks confirmed the scrap has been obtained legitimately. We will work with Dorset Council UK regarding the waste

#RuralLive Officers spotted this vehicle which was on foreign plates that were attached with cable ties π They thought this was suspicious so they stopped it to investigate. A roadside examination was done to identify the vehicle. It came back all in order ππ»
#RuralLive Officers stopped this vehicle on the A35 which was towing plant machinery. Plant machinery is often targeted by thieves so the vehicle was stopped. Checks show it was all in order and the driver was sent on his way
#RuralLive Alexandra our Rural Mounted Volunteer has been out this morning, patrolling the Godlingston Heath and Rempstone Forest. They closed some gates which had been left open where livestock was being kept. Thank you to Alex and her beautiful horse #RuralMountedVolunteers
