The main objective of this project is for youth to be empowered with knowledge and skills, to help them make informed decisions in relation to their sexuality & reproductive health. This is being done through training on a newly developed #ComprehensiveSexualityEducation module.
As the world celebrates #IYD2020 we at RWN in partnership with Kvinna till Kvinna Sweden would like to highlight the #Icyerekezo project, which focuses on youth, especially girls and young women; aiming to ease their access to friendly #SRHR services in #Rwanda .

Last week, we organised a 3-day training attended by technical staff from @ReseauFemmesRW, Save Generations Org and @infohaguruka on the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) training module under the #Icyerekezo project, which aims for women and girls to access friendly #SRHR services.
Today, we held quarterly meetings with opinion leaders under our #Icyerekezo project in Kanama Sector Rubavu District, Nyarugenge Sector Bugesera District and Murama Sector Kayonza District with discussions focusing on girls and young women accessing friendly #SRHR services.
While in Bugesera District the briefing meetings were held alongside quarterly stakeholders meetings, in women spaces in Nyamata and Ngeruka Sectors, and continue today in Nyarugenge Sector.
Briefing meetings and Quarterly meetings were also held in Twegerane Women Space in Gacaca Sector, and Icyerekezo Women Space in Rwaza Sector, Musanze District. Among the CHWs, NYC members, WSFs and GCs aslo in attendance, was Sector Executive Secretary, Habinshuti Anaclet.
