Explaining how the Windsor Framework has killed the Rwanda Plan

(just as I said it would 😐)

Curious isn't it

Just how out of step these, so called, 'juries' were with the majority

Remember that when anyone speaks of 'Citizen Assemblies'

(We see you)

Done, hope I was clear

The Windsor Framework makes the UK fundamentally ungovernable without a hard border in the Irish Sea

(It's also put the Good Friday Agreement into law - which it was *never* designed to be - causing chaos)

Parliament made this mess! 😐

'The Windsor Framework ... has fundamentally failed, on its first contact with reality'

I did warn.

And the Government are essentially admitting it (but arguing Asylum is outside EU control, thus admitting the EU controls other areas)

By Section 7A, introduced by the Framework

Well, it won't circumvent my democracy

Because I'm from the UK and a treaty is only lsw here if Parliament incorporates it. And even if a Parliament does, the next one can come along and unincorporate it

Law, even international law, is servant, not master

Head of the DUP at Westminster clearly miffed that Government ignored its warnings that the Windsor Framework will kill the Rwanda Plan and needs addressing (but did nothing, so lost the case)

He is in good company

They have ignored my warnings for years πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡

It's not 'political' to call Hamas terrorists

Hamas are terrorists in fact and in law

It is, ironically, political to not call them what they are

(These mistakes are *why* the BBC is broken)

If you build systems that can be exploited

Then eventually, your system will be exploited

We have innocent until proven guilty for a reason

By all means get rid of it - just don't expect a different outcome from the last time we got rid of it

19 EU Countries are asking for a change in EU law on migration

Depending on how this works out, it could potentially fix the Rwanda Plan

Key point is that the real power lies with the EU - because Parliament gave its power away

Clip of today

Where I hopefully explain that it is the Windsor Framework which has broken the Rwanda Plan πŸ‘‡

(All of which I predicted, last year, and I'm no genius, that should've been obvious to all concerned 😐)

The Italian state is so dysfunctional, that a bank has a business model of buying up the debt from unpaid public sector bills - which aren't paid on time

And so dysfunctional is it, that the bank itself is now itself at risk

Because of how long the state doesn't pay its bills…
