Dr. Aubra J. Gantt, Chancellor of Southern University at Shreveport held a 'Chat with the Chancellor' as part of her Investiture Week activities. In this session, students had the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback on their experiences.

Dr. Aubra Gantt, Chancellor of Southern University along with faculty, staff , alumni and community partners took on a campus beautification project to kick off Investiture Week. Participants rolled up their sleeves to freshen up key areas around campus.

Southern University at Shreveport will resume normal business operations on Thursday, April 11, 2024. Everyone is expected to return to campus.

Due to the potential for severe weather and out of an abundance of caution, all Southern University at Shreveport campuses will be closed on Wednesday, April 10. We will monitor conditions to determine when campuses will reopen and will notify students, faculty, and staff.
