Fantastic news. In the just 4 years since it was launched, the The CASE has moved both the European Commission, the CoE Committee of Ministers and the CoE Parliamentary Assembly to issue anti-SLAPP recommendations. Not to mention the adoption of the EU Anti-SLAPP Directive!
