This is the longest gap without a minister in post in the last 30 years.

What kind of message does the government thinks this sends to the country's 16 million disabled people?

More accurately, the NHS requires extra winter funding because in spending reviews NHS budgets are set too low. Govts then find funds annually at last minute and usually too late to be used effectively. They also fail to fund and reform social care adding to NHS pressures

If you want a prime example of how low down the food chain, how inconvenient we are, then look at the Government post of the minister for Disabled people.

It’s vacant.

The plan to eradicate cervical cancer by 2040 via vaccinations/screening will be a huge health inequalities challenge - covid vaccination rates show communities are less likely to accept vaccinations. If tackling HI is not front &centre of this cancer plan it will fail #NHSP23
