My wife and I were walking down the sidewalk wearing gear from our favorite sports teams, pushing three cats in strollers, on the way to the vet (annual check-ups), and I could feel a level of lesbianism radiating off of us that was so powerful men were crossing the street.

9 weeks ago I did a workshop for International Women’s Day and the organisation still haven’t paid me. Next year they should celebrate by just paying their women freelancers on time.

At one of the four gigs I did this weekend the person on the door was adamant I wasn’t on the list and wasn’t coming in. This happens a fair bit. If there’s a rash of menopausal women infiltrating comedy venues by pretending to be an act, I say let them in.
