The Black Sea miracle has provided over 33 million tons of goods, including life-saving grain to more than 40 countries. I visited a grain processing center with Secretary Antony Blinken and Ambassador Bridget A. Brink to see the work firsthand.

The National Security Supplemental will bolster Ukraine both militarily and economically. Great to see Oksana Markarova and talk through ways we can deliver critically needed assistance in the most efficient and secure manner possible.
The World Bank has been integral to Ukraine’s economic reconstruction. President Banga and I spoke about ways to accelerate investment, including the positive impact of Ukraine’s economic reforms and the work that still needs to be done.
Thank you President Biden and Congress for passing the National Security Supplemental, which provides $60.8 billion for Ukraine response, including billions in economic assistance to help keep the gov't operating, build back critical infrastructure, and drive foreign direct investment.
