First they came for Donald Trump and I… was relieved, as I’d been waiting ages for them to come for Donald Trump.

Tories on 21pts in two polls today, less than five weeks to go. Averging 23pts.

Everyone now acknowledges they'll lose but still don't think it's sunk in how much trouble they're in.

With a Labour government, we will end the Tories’ NHS waiting list backlog, so Portsmouth people can start getting appointments when they need them again👇🏻

Conservative Party Deputy Chairman Jonathan Gullis took a five-figure donation from JCB, then stayed silent when the company axed hundreds of jobs in his constituency just two weeks later.

Excellent, a split Tory vote, a bit of tactical voting and that seat can be taken from the Tories. 👍🏼

Dianne Bancroft Otto English Completely agree.
I’ve never bought into leader hero worship. Like my favourite football team, I support the manager, but they come and go.
This represents our best opportunity in years to enact beneficial change for the nation.
Nation first
Party second
Leader third!

Otto English Starmer isn’t perfect. I don’t love him. I don’t expect to. It would be weird. Is he the best chance to kick these people out of government? Damn right he is. Above everything else that is my number one priority. By a country mile!

Otto English Astounding how many people who have carefully considered 'Labour won't be perfect, but...' these past 5 yrs...

...are suddenly 'That's it, they're not getting my vote now', on account of sidebar sub-plots largely driven by the Tories they claimed to want out at all costs.

Labour is imperfect, yes, but our batshit 19th century party system is imperfect. Alternative to Starmer is another five years under the Tories.

Unfortunately, I think there are some people out there who would prefer that simply because they prefer being in constant opposition.

Now that has been convicted in his hush-money trial, going forward is going to be really interesting, given this situation is a first.
