On 9th May 2024, Premier Misick, along with lead consultants from the Central Finance Facility of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd., Mr. Virgil Patrick and Ms. Shelly Daniel-Joseph, met with members of the Grand Turk community to discuss the establishment and operation of a credit union.

Earlier this afternoon, the Premier, Hon. C. Washington Misick, received a courtesy call from the Premier of Anguilla, Hon. Ellis Webster. During their meeting, they exchanged gifts on behalf of their respective countries.

On Monday, 13th May 2024, the Premier, Hon. C. Washington Misick, IHG/ Molo Hotels (in conjunction with InvestTC), and the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College (TCICC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), for the development of three internationally branded hotels.

On 9th May 2024, a Town Hall meeting convened in Grand Turk at 7:00pm at the Yellowman and Sons Auditorium to address matters pertaining to the Grand Turk Cruise Center Operations.

The Premier, Hon. C. Washington Misick, accompanied by Minister of Public Safety and Utilities, Hon. Kyle Knowles, met with representatives from the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) to discuss funding requirements, and avenues for RBC’s involvement in funding Government projects.

The Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands invites the community of Grand Turk to a Town Hall Meeting on 9 May 2024 beginning at 7PM at Yellowman and Sons Auditorium.

On 8th May 2024, the Premier, Hon. C. Washington Misick, and Cabinet Ministers met with Consultants from Ernst and Young Caribbean Jamaica. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the Pay and Grading Review for Statutory Bodies.

Earlier this afternoon, the Premier, Hon. C. Washington Misick, had the honour of addressing the clergy of the Diocese of the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands as a keynote speaker at their annual Anglican’s Clergy Conference.

The Premier, Hon. C. Washington Misick, and members of Government were in attendance at the official swearing-in ceremony of the new Commissioner of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force, Mr. Edvin Martin.
