In most Palestinian towns under Israeli control there are no shelters, especially if they're Bedouin ones in the south
this is how the children of an unrecognised Bedouin town (which receives no help or funds from gov) shelter themselves from rockets.

So absolutely no need for Israel to escalate this.

She definitely does not understand that Palestinian towns - unlike the Jewish towns lack bomb shelters against such missile attacks.
