Excellence is not just always giving 100%. Excellence can also be giving 100% of whatever percentage you have in the moment.

Today started off terribly. Thankfully, it ended tremendously well. Sometimes, you’ve just gotta let things play out.

Today was ultra tiring. Felt drained all day.

I can just tell my students really love me. 🖤

Very thankful for my educational experience, but I really wish I would have gone to an HBCU.

I teach well.
I manage behaviors well.
I learn from my mistakes well.
I build up my students well.
I do my job well.

Some schools just don’t get that.
That’s on THEM.

Love when I call a parent of one of my students and they just GET IT. When they don’t treat me like I’m out to get their kid, but instead, I’m out to help their kid.
