I would urge you to contact the British Transport Police with full details and they'll be able to investigate the incident

Hi ÂŁ12.50 is the cap for the day - so it you do loads of journeys within zones 1-6 - the maximum you will be charged is ÂŁ12.50, aslong as all the correct Oyster touches are made throughout the day.
