Three entrants for our Sprint Triathlon at Hampton Pool on 2nd May joined our Chairman Alan Lightfoot for a recce of the bike course and a run through of what will happen on the day.

And this year for the first time we will be doing a bike course recce on the Sunday before, 24th April, starting at 8.30 am. It will be an easy spin so everybody welcome!

We're pleased to announce that all temporary cycling restrictions in Richmond Park have been lifted. Cyclists are welcome back into the park on weekends from 1st August.
