The timing of the election might cause problems for some, esp students coming to the end of term or those who have holidays booked (whoever they intend to vote for). The solution is to apply for a postal vote. Here’s the link to do so. Please share.

Students and those with no photo ID, PLEASE ARRANGE A POSTAL VOTE. That can be done now, well in advance, and guarantee your vote. This is a critical election, and one timed to exclude the student vote (photo ID req affected local election turnout).

Channel 4 News report that food inflation is at 30% since 2019, and tax the highest since 1948

This is the legacy of the Conservative party

Do it RIGHT NOW! I registered for a postal vote a month before the last election and it hadn't shown up before I went away 3 days before the election.

Britain Was Never Great I'm not arguing about your voting intentions, which are up to you.

But I think it's profoundly wrong to encourage anybody NOT to vote. Cos people you disagree with definitely will. And then you end up having to live in the world they choose.

Get out and vote.

OK, British students, start researching how to get a postal vote NOW, and figure out where best to use it. You are PERFECTLY ENTITLED to be registered at both a term-time and permanent address, and to vote from whichever suits you, as long as you only cast one vote!

STUDENTS: REGISTER TO VOTE RIGHT NOW!

The law is as follows.

1. You can register at home AND at your term-time address, if that's more convenient for you.

2. You can CHOOSE on the day where to vote.

3. But you can ONLY legally vote in ONE place on the day.

*******IMPORTANT ******

If you intend to vote but you're away, below is the link to register for a postal vote.

If you're home from Uni, register at your home address.

Don't forget to register to vote, and to make sure you have valid voter ID! It was nice of them to give us a dry run a few weeks ago, wasn't it?

This is where you can register for voter ID.

Don't assume you can just walk up and vote. The Tories have made it as difficult as possible, and it might take time for your ID to be processed.

Start now. Don't let somebody else rob you of your voice.

Last year, Southern Water released raw sewage into our waters for 317,285 hours, up 116% on the year before. Now they are asking Ofwat if they can put up our bills by a whopping 91% to pay for their failure? It's an outrage. What an absolute scam. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
