Last Friday we enjoyed Fish & Chips in the office! We try & have a special lunch together as a department every month.

A lovely and interesting afternoon spent yesterday University College Birmingham with the Dietetic students and colleagues, sampling their food, discussing careers and hearing about the British Dietetic Association #onebluedot campaign all as part of earth day 🌍 👏

This week some of our DAPs, Dietitian’s Students & SALT team presented at the Talent Foundry for year 7-8 students.
We hope the interactive sessions inspired the next generation of Dietitian’s and speech and Language Therapists. Well done to our team 👏

It was great to hear about our Dietetic Assistant Practitioner’s career journey on the apprenticeship programme so she can become a Dietitian as part of the UHCW Nursing and midwifery AHP excellence event 🙌

We are already busy working on our programme for the week and excited to share our career stories and celebrations UHCW_AHPS 💙
