UNHCR Ethiopia Andrew Mbogori is in Jijiga, Somali region to meet with Refugees and Returnees Service - RRS, UN agencies and NGO partners working on the ground. Together, we are discussing challenges in our current response and innovative solutions to better assist Somali refugees in the region.
