Tropical Cyclone Lola devastated Vanuatu in late October, impacting 110K people & destroying homes, infrastructure & crops. Today, USAID announced $1.25M in funding for food, shelter, protection & other assistance for the most vulnerable people in cyclone-affected communities.

The U.S. Embassy hosted a promotion ceremony for Corporal Louie Kaman who was promoted to Sergeant in the U.S. Army. Present were members of the Marine Security Guard, Embassy Staff, and his family. SGT Kaman was pinned by his mother, Betty Kaman, and LtCol Karl Wethe.
