When we’re facing challenges, when it doesn’t look like we’re going to have enough, that’s exactly when to practice the words of Hebrews 13:15: “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess His name.”

You are never empty-handed because we serve the Creator of the world. If you have the abundant mentality of a giver, when you put what you have in the hands of Jesus, no matter how great or small, it makes a difference in people’s lives.

When you fix your mind on noble things, you close the door to the negative voices and open your heart to allow God to work in your life. That’s why the Scripture encourages us to think on things that are true, noble, and lovely.

When we learn to look up from our problems and the challenges that we face and keep our eyes on God and how He is making a way, we can move forward in faith and begin to live the exceptional life God has planned for us.

God wants to give you beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, and praise for despair. But here’s the key: you have to let go of the ashes—your broken dreams, your disappointments, your hurts, your failures—before God can give you the beauty.

Trust God’s timing. What you’re praying about and what you’re believing for are not going to be one second late. If it hasn’t happened yet, it doesn’t mean God is mad at you or that it’s never going to work out. God has already established the time.

If we don't recognize the season we're in, we're bound to miss the purpose it is meant to serve.

The apostle Paul has a word for all of us today: 'If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone' (Romans 12:18). If we're going to achieve unity, we have to take the initiative to do what it takes to make the peace.

We choose the way we see life, whether we will be grateful or negative about what we think is good and not good. We need to learn how to manage our thoughts and to be made new in our attitudes.

You don’t have to live worried or frustrated. Stay in peace. Your steps are being directed by the Creator of the universe; not randomly, but down to the most finite, small detail. Whether it’s twenty minutes or twenty years, what God promised He will bring to pass.

Enjoy what God has given you right now. Soak in the beauty of the moment.

We all go through disappointments, setbacks, and things that we don’t understand. One of the best things you can do is release it. Don’t dwell on it anymore. “…forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead” (Philippians 3:13).

Throughout the Bible, people not only speak the blessing but physically transfer it by touch. You may think your children already know you love them, but what would happen if you gave them a hug and said, “I bless you”? There’s a transferable spiritual blessing in that hug.

Say 'yes' to every promise that God has for you.

Did you get up this morning ready to embrace and enjoy the day? Too many people allow their circumstances to dictate their attitude. Your attitude is a choice you make every day.

How long has it been since you hugged and blessed your kids? Or how about other loved ones and friends? The power of touch is so important because it delivers a blessing of love and approval that can be life-changing?

Before we even knew about God, He was already in love with us. Today, take that step from just hearing about the love of God to truly experiencing the love of God. Open your heart and let God's mercy flood in and gently lead you to repentance.

Do you think that your sins are too great, that what you've done is beyond forgiving? You don’t need to clean yourself up to somehow be good enough to experience God’s love. Remember, there is 'no condemnation in Christ Jesus' (Romans 8:1).

If we could be united in our lives, I believe we could withstand any of life’s storms and droughts. So, who are you intertwined with today? They will stand strong, and you will stand strong. Together, you’ll grow with the strength and blessings of God.

God is looking for people who have faith that He can see, not just faith that He can hear, not just faith that believes, but also faith that is demonstrated. If you really want to get God’s attention, put actions behind what you believe.
