The 2024 total eclipse passes through larger population centers (31m live in the 2024 path vs 12m)

The path of totality is also wider, thanks to the moon being a little closer

Totality will last longer for this eclipse - 4+ minutes for some

Last time Connecticut was in totality was 1925.

The next time won't be until 2079 . . . almost 150 years later.
