Quiet again netherton hill, 3 willow Warb singing cattle bridge end, 3 swallow through, 1 mipit!

Quiet on netherton hill this arvo, but lsr white throat showed and sang briefly, 3 willow warbs singing which is great to hear as they have been thin on the ground up here in recent springs , and a Reed bunting singing somewhere at the rear of snipe field.

1+ lsr whitethroat singing bottom of netherton hill ( none seen) willow warbler, a meadow pipit and raven over. And a good looking fox!

A male chaffinch in the neighbours garden, very welcome and irregular here from my garden .

Yet another red kite today, this one between the rabbit run inn and Telford, also my first swallow of the spring!

Male Ring Ouzel carding mill valley long mynd, shrops, also red kite, kestrel, sprawk, raven, skylarks mipits. grey wagtail, nuthatch.

Netherton hill, 9.30 willow warbler sang briefly by the canal, several Chiffchaff and blackcap also, 1 meadow pipit off the slope, green and g s woodpecker, plenty greenfinch and a few linnet. Blackbirds everywhere making my heart skip for a second 🙄
