Let me get this right, if you become an MP, you leave your morals at home and vote for whatever your political party tells you too, even if you believe it is wrong. Abstaining is never an option for a rational thinking person!

Ash Sarkar My partner is a Jewish woman in her 70s, and I'm a Jewish man of 70. We both travelled by bus, tube and train yesterday on our way to and from the march. We identified ourselves as Jewish, and met only friendship and kindness from those to whom we spoke.

If politicians will not call for an end to the massacre of civilians, the bombing of hospitals in Gaza or daily war crimes, then we the people must demonstrate, march and protest until peace wins.

We must demand a ceasefire, the release of hostages and an end to the occupation.

Israeli air strikes have hit Al Ahli hospital in Gaza. More than 500 people - patients, doctors & those sheltering - have been killed.

What unspeakable horror. We will mourn their loss forever.

Our leaders could have spoken up for peace. They chose to cheer on war instead.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Sinead O'Connor. A tortured soul more recently, following the death of her son. Sinead stood up against abuse and called out the Catholic Church and their denial of abuse in the church. + RIP + Sinead 🙏

Sinéad O'Connor was and will be remembered as a beautiful, talented, rebellious and authentic soul.
She suffered life. Hope death brings her the peace that she deserved. RIP.
