Another great chapter (28) details how when Sonnenfeld stepped up to directing from DP he had 3 demands of his DP which were unconventional: 1. He would call lens focal lengths in addition to storyboards 2. He would manage richness of color in addition to palette 3. No grimy look

A lot sucks about the entertainment industry now, but could imagine having to drive to every general before Google Maps? Get lost coming off the freeway, arrive 30 minutes late, get lost parking on the lot, traffic coming home: an hour meeting takes a total of like 4 hours.

Agree with Dan here. Streamer bundling doesn't really function like cable at all and you should look at it on its own merits for potential industry ramifications.

I think this was an example of how tech companies have learned to project insane confidence and false promises in an era where they haven't really innovated anything interesting or useful to the general public in over a decade.
