Today, we remember the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

And we hope that our leaders have the courage to not put our soldiers in harms way, unless there is no other choice.

I was doing my standing exercise, both my daughters came downstairs. They both exclaimed, “wow, Dad! You are so tall!”

I am 5’11” standing and just a bit shorter in my wheelchair.

I smiled and thought this old dog still has a few tricks left.

This morning, my daughters and their friends surprised me by setting up a lemonade stand where 1/3 of the profit will go to I AM ALS.

I am so proud of them and so grateful to be their Dad.
