Research (others) compare processing levels eg using NOVA criteria that show many plant based milks are ultra processed, plant ingredients are low and I can’t find a single one with just two ingredients. I’ve also never said one food is better than another, context matters.

You know what is still disturbingly efficient, in a world where nothing is? Flasks. I put boiling tea in mine TEN HOURS AGO to take to a class I was a guest in, and I just poured a piping hot cup of tea from it just now that almost burnt my mouth. FCKN TERRIFYING.

Right now every 2nd person with disability is turned away from #advocacy .

We used to warn our kids about stranger danger, now we need to warn them about digital world deceivers.

The hand wringing about VAW in a country with Wayne Carey and Sam Newman as celebrities, where a woman seeking help was accused of cop shopping, where Brittany Higgins was pilloried, where women over 50 are still the fastest growing demographic facing homelessness. Be serious.

People often justify refusing my Guide Dog access on the basis of potential fear of dogs.

But how does it work when someone is scared & we’re sharing a space?

Well it happened just now on the tube. As I boarded a person with a young child gasped “I’m scared of dogs!”
