The Paradox of Egoless Execution.

The idea has been rattling around in my brain for awhile so I needed to write about it.

If you don’t have debate in your company, no one cares enough about the mission.

Someone dumber and lazier than you is making 10x the money because they are too dumb to doubt themselves.

Be so obsessed with your mission that you wake up in a cold sweat at 3 AM, fumble for your phone, open your Notes app and jot down an idea that you won’t need to act on for a few years.
