If your idea of political analysis is to say 'blacks are...' or 'whites are...', you are by definition racist, because you're claiming that skin-colour determines someone's views or actions, and that people with a given skin colour mostly think or act the same. This is not true.

I'm not sure how many people are registered to vote in other countries, but let's say, for sake of argument, that it is 30,000. That's around half the votes required for one seat in parliament. But in reality, they'll only get to influence half that.
