Nashville Booting Company is back in the city's good graces -- the company proved they refunded almost 400 people they booted without a permit. And even more people could be getting refunds, as the city is set to review a similar complaint against another booting company. WATCH:

His family says he was at Tin Roof on Demonbreun 2/18 around 12AM when a security guard knocked him unconscious while he was waiting for his Uber.
He’s been in a coma since and his family is making the decision to say goodbye to him today.
