I'm deeply disappointed by the Georgian parliament’s passage of a Russian-style foreign agents bill that ignores the wishes of the Georgian people, limits free speech and harms the advancement of democracy in Georgia.

To understand what Putin just did in Belgorod, you have to understand his 1999 apartment bombings in which apartment buildings around Russia were blown, used to blame Chechnya as precursor to invasion.
