I have some pragmatic, middle-of-the-road opinions about this, which can be roughly summed up as 'Just enough Smartphone'.

Shockingly, around 10 people in the capital take their own life every week. Today we launch a £10m funding programme for strategic suicide prevention partnerships & grassroots projects, with the aim of making London a #ZeroSuicidecity .
