Heart goes out to those killed and those injured. This was close to home. I was going to head to Bondi Junction Westfield with my kids to shop this afternoon. Thankfully, we decided to head there tomorrow instead.

I am horrified to hear about the events at Bondi Junction this afternoon.

I am making immediate arrangements to return to Sydney.

I want to thank NSW Police, emergency services and first responders and the community for their bravery in the face of this shocking incident.

Following the ongoing police operation at Westfield Bondi Junction, we have postponed tonight's Bondi Beach Bash concert for Youth Week at Bondi Pavilion as well as Movies in the Park at Varna Park. New dates will be announced in the coming days.
